The accidental project manager is term that is used often in the project management community around the world but what does it mean? Does this term has negative, positive, or neutral connotation? What are the risks (threats and opportunities) that are associated with this term, or more proper to say, the management practices associated with this term? This is a two part article and in this first part we discuss the term and its use. In the next article we will share with you a personal analogy related to this term in order to address it in a light hear-ted way.
